NCTM Illuminations This is a terrific collection of games and interactive tools to use as “hands-on” activities. The i-maths and Tools links provide most of the interacitve links. Look there for the Factor game, Shape Tool, Histogram, tangrams and much more. Be sure to check their homepage for Standards, lessons and tools.

Math Forum The site is very large and has a wide variety of resources, including activities, a teacher exchange, and research topics. Lesson Plans and teaching strategies are available, as well. Problem of the Week and Ask Dr. Math are here. A good place to start is at the Mathematics Library.
